로그인된 앱에서 계정을 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제는 즉시 처리되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

본인 확인과 최종 확인

로그인 상태에서 삭제를 시작한 뒤 같은 OAuth 제공자로 다시 인증합니다. 앱은 계정과 계정 삭제 목적에 묶인 수명이 짧은 일회용 증명을 받습니다. 이후 영구 삭제 동작을 최종 확인해야 하며, API는 앱이 보낸 명시적인 삭제 확인 표식을 검증합니다. 만료됐거나 이미 사용한 증명은 거부됩니다.

삭제되는 정보

삭제에 성공하면 모든 세션을 즉시 폐기하고 로그인 식별자와 비공개 데이터를 제거합니다. 별점, 저장한 작품 상태, 추천 선호, 커뮤니티 프로필, 팔로우, 한줄평 좋아요, 알림 및 사용하지 않은 재인증 증명이 포함됩니다.

공개 한줄평·댓글·안전 기록

작성한 한줄평은 즉시 숨기고 본문을 제거합니다. 작성한 댓글은 숨기고 내용을 지우며, 신고에 직접 작성한 메모도 제거합니다. 서비스 안전을 위해 최소한의 비식별 댓글·신고·운영 감사 골격만 남길 수 있습니다. 이 골격에는 삭제된 작성자 식별자나 사용자가 작성한 본문을 보관하지 않습니다.

앱 밖에서 삭제 요청하기

로그인하거나 앱 내 절차를 이용할 수 없다면 아래에서 외부 삭제 요청을 시작할 수 있습니다. 이메일을 여는 것만으로 계정이 삭제되지는 않으며 운영자가 별도의 본인 확인 절차를 먼저 완료해야 합니다. 비밀번호, OAuth 코드, access·refresh token, private key 또는 원본 인증 헤더는 포함하지 마세요.

영업일 기준 2일 안에 접수 사실을 알리고 본인 확인 후 7일 안에 완료하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 법률, 사기 방지, 보안 또는 진행 중인 분쟁 때문에 일부 정보를 더 오래 보관해야 하면 예외를 설명합니다. 삭제가 완료되면 결과를 알려 드립니다.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account from the signed-in app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Identity Check And Confirmation

Start deletion while signed in, then reauthenticate with the same OAuth provider. The app receives a short-lived, one-use proof bound to your account and the account-deletion purpose. You must then confirm the final permanent-deletion action; the API validates an explicit deletion marker sent by the app. An expired or reused proof is rejected.

What Is Removed

Successful deletion immediately revokes all sessions and removes your sign-in identity and private data, including ratings, saved content states, recommendation preferences, the community profile, follows, review likes, notifications, and unused reauthentication proofs.

Public Reviews, Comments, And Safety Records

Reviews you authored are immediately hidden and their text is removed. Comments you authored are hidden and scrubbed, and notes you authored on reports are also removed. Only a minimal, non-identifying comment, report, or moderation audit shell may be retained for product safety; deleted actor identifiers and user-authored text are not retained in that shell.

Request Deletion Outside The App

If you cannot sign in or use the in-app flow, start an external deletion request below. Opening the email does not delete the account by itself: the operator must first complete a separate identity-verification step. Do not include passwords, OAuth codes, access or refresh tokens, private keys, or raw authentication headers.

We target acknowledgment within two business days and completion within seven calendar days after identity verification. If a legal, fraud, security, or active-dispute obligation requires limited data to remain longer, we will explain the exception. We will confirm when deletion is complete.
